The Bio-One Team is amazing! I had a clean up job I needed done quickly and thoroughly. I had called another company for an estimate and 3 days later I still had no quote from them so I called Bio-One. Micah was able to meet me at the site quickly and get me an estimate by that evening. Two days later the team was on the job and working hard. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this team and what a pleasure it was to deal with each and every one of them. Edit to the review. After the guys left from the mold clean up as I was looking my vehicle over I noticed some spots that looked questionable. It was very faint so I assumed it was an easy miss. Gave the company a call and left a message. Got an immediate call back from Morgan. He got the details and contacted the crew that had just left. They went ahead and came back straight away and addressed the concerns I had and more. They went above and beyond on the follow up which is greatly appreciated. The whole process was quick and efficient from the first phone call to completion.
