The company responds promptly and came out the same day to discuss the job and provide an estimate. They scheduled work the next day, and let me know when they were on the way. The workers were very friendly and warm, discussed what they were doing, and worked hard to complete the job efficiently.

I've used and interviewed several Mold remediation/inspection companies. BioOne is definitely the best, most honest group you can find in Raleigh. Rick answered my call on a Sunday night for a very small project and came over to check out my house the next day. He wasn't dramatic. He was very realistic with his appraisal of the situation and after he realized how small the problem was he recommended I could easily solve my problem myself for around $60! I had used Concrobium mold control before which he recommended so I knew he was the real deal. Use BioOne!

Excellent service! Micha was awesome finding someone to help with our issue immediately. Michael, who came and handled the problem was professional, thorough and made sure the job was done properly. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good and everyone was happy. Great company!

Fast, extremely thorough, friendly, and efficient. Took care of the work I needed done within days of first contact on a schedule that worked for my abnormal work schedule and thoroughly made sure nothing of importance was removed. Great company, and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
