Wonderful experience! Rick contacted me ahead of scheduled time to verify the visit. He showed up on early end of projected time frame. Was very thorough, took his time, answered all of our questions and more. Folks, I meet a lot of people in my field, and the kind of dedication, pride, commitment and in general care of the customers best interest is a rare find. He only came out to do an estimate, but in the hour I spent with him, I can see he is one of the best. Trust worthy, reliable and again, caring. It is terrible hard to find good, dedicated, and educated folks in any field these days, but I will 100% tell you the Rick and Karen will take care of you, treat you well and you will be satisfied with their services rendered.
