As executor of my friends estate, I was contacted by the police when my friend was discovered several days after his death. Rick and his technician showed up within two hours and completely took care of the situation. It was a great relief to have them in charge. Thanks so much.

Bio-One listened to our concerns and did a fantastic job, even when the situation was found to be a bit worse than originally thought. For Serious Cleanups, I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

My dad is in his 90’s and his house was BEYOND cluttered. This company came in and did an incredible job - quick and without judgement. The peace of mind that Tim and his crew provided me - priceless ❤️

Morgan and his clean up team are incredible! We had a difficult hoarding situation to manage in a short period of time and they went above and beyond. They were kind and efficient. I would recommend them highly.

I've used and interviewed several Mold remediation/inspection companies. BioOne is definitely the best, most honest group you can find in Raleigh. Rick answered my call on a Sunday night for a very small project and came over to check out my house the next day. He wasn't dramatic. He was very realistic with his appraisal of the situation and after he realized how small the problem was he recommended I could easily solve my problem myself for around $60! I had used Concrobium mold control before which he recommended so I knew he was the real deal. Use BioOne!
