All crew members were helpful, courteous and respectful. They did a great job with my mom's house!

Excellent job of removing smoke odor (via cleaning) and carpet cleaning. Missed dining room chandelier, and left kitchen counter gritty, and didn't remove picture hardware. Otherwise, they did what I asked. The house is ready for the market.

Bio-One was quick to respond to a quest to clean a house. They also proceeded quickly to do the work. I would use them again in similar circumstances.

Really excellent experience with Micah and the team at Bio One Raleigh. We had a really tricky mold issue with our Toyota Highlander, and had been absolutely stumped about how to resolve it. Bio One had us drop the car off at their Raleigh location for an in-depth remediation, and they were able to track down the root cause of the moisture that was leading to continual mold growth (a water leak from the windshield). I was really impressed at how personal the care was; throughout the whole process I got texts and picture updates, with phone calls to check in. I seriously thought the vehicle was a lost cause, and was very happy to be proven wrong!

My family hired this team recently to clean a shut-in family member's house while they were in the hospital. We were concerned that the mess would be too much, but they were amazing- they came on a moment's notice, were friendly, hard working, & professional, and they did exactly what was needed/requested. Our family member was able to be discharged home to a spotless house, and we can't thank them enough.

Great guys. Fast and reliable. Rick the owner showed up for an estimate 2 hours after I contacted him. Very impressive response time. He explained all my options on mold removal and treatments for me vehicle. The crew that showed up to do the work were fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was happy before they left. I highly recommend these guys!

I called and spoke to Mr. Morgan regarding COVID19 exposure cleaning for my son and daughter-in-law home. Mr. Morgan was very professional and explained the process. He called my daughter-in-law and scheduled the appointment, went over the process with her. He arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning and she was very satisfied with the service. The family feel that they can safely bring their 2 month old daughter back into the home.
